Facebook Chat Bold
Facebook offers some basic text formatting on chat. To do Facebook chat bold text you need to put asterisks (*) around the text you would like to write bold. Let’s look at this example:
- *This is bold text*
This example written on Facebook chat would produce bold text like this:
- This is bold text
But you can also make only part of the chat text bold, like in this example:
- I can write *bold text* in Facebook chat.
The result will look like this:
- I can write bold text in Facebook chat.
As you can see Facebook chat will remove asterisks and make the chat text inside bold, you don’t need to worry that the asterisks will be left in sentence. This is how to do bold text.
